Thus, you can use the bookmarklet below to trigger the hidden album while viewing the unknown profile, without ever requesting to be their friend at all. It only show the normal hidden photo album, whichever available.

Once you’ve saved the link, simply login to your facebook prodile and now you are free to visit someone else public facebook profile, then load the bookmarklet. It will replace the body of the user’s profile with a list of links to public albums, if any are available.
